What we collect

Rui collects the minimum information needed to coordinate your plans:

• Your phone number (for authentication and SMS)
• Your name (so friends know who's planning)
• Plan descriptions and preferences shared during coordination
• SMS message content for plan coordination

How we use it

Your information is used solely to coordinate plans between you and your friends. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. Plan details and preferences are processed by AI to find consensus and are not used to train AI models.

SMS consent

Participants opt in to SMS communication by voluntarily texting Rui's number. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We comply with TCPA regulations and only send messages related to active plan coordination.

Data retention

Plan data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Third-party services

We use Twilio for SMS delivery, Stripe for payment processing, and AI language models (OpenAI) for understanding plan preferences. Each processes only the minimum data needed for their function.
